Welcome on board!

 I have reached a milestone in my life as I am finally walking where I am supposed to be, aligned with my inner self and cherishing each moment of this process. 

My name is Eugenie, founder and mindset/career coach at Selah Empowerment.

As a child, I drew a painting of a woman surrounded by shadows and when my dad asked me the reason why, I explained with simple words of a 10-year-old the meaning of it. A woman seeking to dance, and be happy but couldn’t because of the shadows ( dark colours) surrounding her. If you recognize yourself in this painting, you are in the right place. 

Despite obstacles in my way ( fears, lack of confidence, work environment you name it) preventing me from allowing myself to believe I could aim for more in my life, I have made a way to march toward healing, self-acceptance, empowerment and change of mindset to claim only victory and if not learn from it to do better next time. That champion mindset grew from within, was nurtured, and protected to be where it is now.

Selah is a safe environment I wish I had myself many years ago allowing you to express yourself and unlock what you truly desire, and dream of so you can finally walk towards self-acceptance and a growth mindset.
